Ambient IX
Ambient: Of the surrounding environment, completely surrounding and encompassing the ambient air. Creating a certain feeling or mood, often a subconscious one, by being wherever things tend to be. Pertaining to or noting forms that create a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
The pictures in this series are concerned with; a sense of place, form in nature, light, visual design & photographic composition, and the emotion and mood evoked while viewing them. Some were taken as I made my way through a typical day, others were taken while attempting to escape the stress and anxiety of everyday life, in a self-discovery effort to achieve peace and calm.
